Art Droid

Art-Droid is a mobile app redesign that reimagines the user experience of WikiArt.org, the visual art encyclopedia. Created in Figma, the project focused on modernizing the outdated interface and creating a more immersive environment for exploring paintings and artist information. The previous design lacked a clear visual hierarchy and cohesive layout, making navigation feel cluttered and visually tiring. The redesign introduced a refreshed visual identity with updated typography, color palette, responsive layouts, and reusable UI components. A dark interface was intentionally chosen to place greater emphasis on the artworks and create a more focused browsing experience. Although the project was not fully implemented due to budget and development constraints, the redesign introduced a more immersive and visually focused direction for the platform.
