Description
This project involved creating the visual identity and then website UX/UI design for an international real estate company based in Turkey. Since the company was newly established, the entire branding system had to be developed from the ground up, with the goal of creating a modern and trustworthy identity that could effectively represent their services in a competitive market. After several meetings with the company’s marketing manager and the preparation of moodboards, we established a visual direction centered around blue tones, reflecting reliability, professionalism, and clarity. The company was originally launched under the name “MelkInvest,” which was later simplified to “MLKInvest” for better readability and stronger brand recognition. During the logo development process, I explored multiple concepts before arriving at a minimal geometric mark inspired by the perspective view of a house and its windows. At the same time, the symbol subtly incorporated the letters “M” and “I,” representing the initials of the brand name. The concept was immediately well received for its simplicity, memorability, and strong connection to the company’s services. Following the completion of the brand guidelines, I designed the website’s full UX/UI experience, initially in Adobe XD and later finalized in Figma. The interface was built to feel clean, modern, and accessible while maintaining consistency with the newly developed visual identity. The website and social media platforms were successfully launched on schedule, allowing the company to introduce itself to the market with a cohesive visual presence during their New Year marketing campaign, which contributed to strong early customer engagement and successful initial sales.
